**Please note - the Climate Book Club will be meeting in the Genealogy Room.

This month we will be discussing, “Doughnut Economics: 7 Ways to think like a 21st Century Economist” by Kate Raworth.

Have you ever wondered if there is something flawed in our current thinking about our economy, our health, and the health of our environment?  If so, you may be interested in joining LexCAN’s next Climate Book Club as we read “Doughnut Economics: 7 Ways to think like a 21st Century Economist” by Kate Raworth.

An economist redefines economics for a world in crisis in this “brilliant, thrilling, and revolutionary” book that champions a more sustainable way forward—and sparked a global movement (Guardian).

What if it were possible to live well without trashing the planet? Doughnut Economics succinctly captures this tantalizing possibility and takes up its challenge - Tim Jackson, Author of Prosperity without Growth
