VIRTUAL - Improper Bostonians: LGBTQ+ Changemakers in Massachusetts History
Thursday, November 67:00—8:00 PMVirtual

LGBTQ+ people have always been part of Massachusetts’ history. Join us with Queer History Boston for a presentation and conversation exploring the history of LGBTQ+ people, community, organizing, and change in Massachusetts. Drawing on sources like court cases, diaries, letters, photographs, videos, oral histories, and more, QHB will take you through over 400 years of history, from romantic friendships to Boston marriages, the gay liberation front to marriage equality and beyond - all in one hour!
Queer History Boston (formerly The History Project) is a community archives that has documented, preserved, and shared LGBTQ+ histories of Boston and New England since 1980. Learn more at QueerHistoryBoston.org.
