Kids Cooking Green Presents: Fall Panzanella Salad (Grades 3 - 5)*

Join our friends from Kids Cooking Green as we put a New England twist on the traditional Italian Salad with sweet roasted butternut squash, toasted bread, feta cheese, spinach and pumpkin seeds.

We'll provide all the ingredients necessary to cook, you'll need to provide the following supplies from your kitchen:

Supplies needed:

• Measuring cups
• Sheet pan
• Saucepan
• Spatula
• Wooden spoon
• Bowls
• Sharp knives & Cutting board
• Sheet pan
• Plates (to eat)
• Forks (to eat)
• Kitchen towels
• Aprons

Ingredient supply kits will be picked up from Kids Cooking Green on Thursday November 11th, time 8 am - 5 pm.

Registration required and will begin on Monday, November 1st at 7 pm.  In order to allow the greatest number of kids to participate, please only register once per family and have all your children cook together and share an ingredient kit.  A few days after registration you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up your ingredient kit.

 If your child becomes unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may result in your child's removal from the club and may prohibit your child from registering for future programs.
