**Offsite location - This group will meet at the Community Center, 39 Marrett Rd, Lexington

This is for all the writers out there whether you are just starting to write and need some inspiration or have begun your writing journey and need some motivation and encouragement!

The Writer's Group is open to all adult writers. This is not a workshop but an opportunity to make connections with those who love the same thing you do: writing. Share exercises, techniques,and general discussion.  If you’d like, feel free to bring some of your writing to share with the group.

*This month we have a special guest. Lexington author Weina Randel will join us during the latter half of our meeting and will share her writing journey and answer your questions.

Weina Dai Randel is an acclaimed author of five historical novels, including The Master Jeweler, The Last Rose of Shanghai, a Wall Street Journal bestseller; and Night Angels, long-listed for the Massachusetts Book Awards. She is the winner of the RWA RITA Award, a National Jewish Book Awards finalist, and a two-time Goodreads Choice Awards Best Historical Fiction nominee. Her novels have been translated into sixteen foreign languages, including French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, and Hebrew. 

Pen and paper will be available but you can also choose to bring your laptop.
