Sarah will share her tips & tricks and recipes, on how to prep, store and cook to make the most of your CSA haul, grocery trip and all those goodies in your fridge that you just hate seeing go to waste!

Sarah Carlisle, owner of RascalRelish, is an educator, gardener, and chef focused on highlighting seasonal produce through her craft condiments and pickles, workshops, demos, and 1:1 services. You can work with her to grow your garden, build up your pantry, and learn about local flora, and purchase Rascal Relish products at many local farmers markets, farm stands, including our own, and specialty food stores. You can find more about her on her website https://www.arascalrelish.com/

As a great resource to support this workshop you can order the cookbook Perfectly Good Food  by sisters Margaret Li and Irene Li, founders of Mei Mei Dumplings, from Maxima Book Center. Maxima will also have copies on hand to purchase and Center Goods will have copies to loan out throughout October. Copies of the book are also available to borrow from the Minuteman Library Network.
