Poetry Series: Geoffrey Nutter, Julia Lisella, and Victoria Bosch Murray

Join us for another exciting installation in our poetry series, hosted by Cammy Thomas. For this event, we will feature the poets Geoffrey Nutter, Julia Lisella, and Victoria Murray.

Geoffrey Nutter lives in New York City. Author of several books of poems, including Christopher Sunset, The Rose of January, Cities at Dawn, and most recently, Giant Moth Perishes, all published by Wave Books. Geoffrey teaches at NYU and Queens College, and runs the Wallson Glass Poetry Seminars.

Julia Lisella’s books include Always, Terrain, and a chapbook, Love Song Hiroshima. Her poems are forthcoming or appear in Pangyrus, Lily, Ploughshares, Paterson Literary Review, Mom Egg Review, Nimrod, Exit 7, Ocean State Review and many others. She teaches at Regis College, and co-curates the Italian American Writers Association (IAWA) Reading Series in Boston. Her manuscript, Our Lively Kingdom,  a finalist for the Lauria/Frasca Prize, is forthcoming from Bordighera Press in fall 2022.

Victoria Bosch Murray’s poems have appeared in Booth, Field, Greensboro Review, Kenyon Review, Salamander, Phoebe and elsewhere. She has two chapbooks of poems, Prayer for Plum and Sinew (forthcoming from Red Bird) and On the Hood of Someone Else’s Car (2010). She is associate poetry editor at The Rupture and teaches literature and writing in Boston, her heart home.
