Pop Up Art School will help us create beautiful winter watercolor scenes.  Learn four watercolor techniques including negative space painting. The negative space is around the subject. You'll draw the outline of the design using one of the templates provided (or make your own design), and then paint around the shape using a few layers of paint. It's a different way to think about painting and it's a fun way to create a complex image using the translucent qualities of watercolor paint. Cary Library will supply everything you need to participate in this program. No prior expereince required.
