Teen Kids Cooking Green - Fall Panzanella Salad (gr 6-12)

Kids Cooking Green returns for another virtual cooking class for teens! This time, we will be making Fall Panzanella Salad. Our panzanella is a twist on this traditional Italian summer salad, and includes sweet roasted butternut, toasted bread, feta cheese and pumpkin seed!  Practice your knife skills as we prepare a really delicious fall KCG favorite salad. Cary Library will provide all the ingredients you need to participate in this program. An ingredient supply kit will be available for a no-contact pick-up directly from Kids Cooking Green. Once registered, you will receive an email detailing directions on the specifics of picking up your kit. Our teen classes with KCG are set up as hands-on programs for the participating teens. (No adult supervision specifically needed.) Space is limited. Registration is required. Sign up online beginning at 9am on Monday, November 1.  Participants will receive an email to coordinate the pickup of their ingredient supply kit, as well as how to participate in the virtual class.

Please notify the library ASAP if, after registering, you are unable to attend this program. KCG programs are very popular and we often have a wait list of interested teens. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may require us to prohibit you from registering for future program.
