Teen Kids Cooking Green - Homemade Pasta and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli! (gr 6-12)

Have you ever wondered how professional chefs make a pasta dough and then stuff it full of a Ricotta Cheese filling to make a Ravioli? Kids Cooking Green returns to Cary Library for another virtual cooking class for teens and this time, we will be making Homemade Pasta and Ricotta Cheese Ravioli! Cary Library will provide all the ingredients you need to participate in this program and Kids Cooking Green will loan you a pasta machine for the class! (Note - The machine must be returned to the library before 9pm on 12/21- the day after the class.) Our teen classes with KCG are set up as hands-on programs for the participating teens. No adult supervision specifically needed. Space is limited. Registration is required. Sign up online beginning at 9am on Monday, December 6. Once registered, you will receive an email detailing directions on the specifics of picking up your kit and loaner pasta machine. On the morning of the class, you will receive instructions on how to participate in the virtual class.
Please notify the library ASAP if, after registering, you are unable to attend this program. KCG programs are very popular and we often have a wait list of interested teens. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may require us to prohibit you from registering for future program.
