What’s better than homemade apple sauce? Homemade PEARple sauce! We combine apples, pears, and cranberries and local honey to make a tasty afternoon snack!

We'll provide all the ingredients you need, you'll need to provide the following items from your kitchen:

• Cutting board
• knife
• kitchen grater
• sauce pot
• kitchen peeler or old fashion apple peeler or... don’t peel the fruit. The skin is good for you!

An adult caregiver must be present to supervise. Ingredient supply packages will be available for pick up from Kids Cooking Green on Thursday September 8, or by other arrangement with Kids Cooking Green. Any kits not picked up by 5 pm will forfeit their space in the class.

Registration required. In order to allow the most kids to participate, please only register once for your family to receive 1 supply kit and have all chefs in your household cook together. A few days after registration, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up your ingredient supply kit.

If your child becomes unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may prohibit your child from registering for future programs
