Virtual: Kids Cooking Green presents Berry Ripple Swirl on Toasted Brioche (Grades 3 - 5)

Is it a sandwich or a dessert? You decide!  We'll provide all the ingredient you need to cook, you'll need to provide the following items from your kitchen:

  • Bowl & whisk to whip cream
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Fork to mash the berries
  • Spatula or long handled spoon to fold in the berries to the cream
  • Toaster or pan to grill your toast on the stove top or in a toaster
  • Zester for lemon (optional)

An adult caregiver must be present to supervise.

In order to allow the most kids to participate, please only register once for your family to receive 1 supply kit and have all chefs in your household cook together. A few days after registration, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up your ingredient supply kit. Ingredient supply packages will be available for pick up from Kids Cooking Green on May 14th from 8 am - 5 pm or by other arrangement with Kids Cooking Green. Any kits not picked up by 5 pm will forfeit their space in the class.

If your child becomes unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may prohibit your child from registering for future programs.
