VIRTUAL: Kids Cooking Green presents Chocolate Pudding Cake (grades 6 - 12)

Cake on the outside, soft pudding center! What kind of dessert is never on time? ChocoLATE! Join Kids Cooking Green and learn how to make this super easy, super delicious treat.
We'll provide all the ingredients necessary for you to cook, you'll need to provide the following equipment from your kitchen:
- Ramekins (A ramekin is around individual baking dish with straight sides; we can provide individual aluminum disposable ramekins.)
- 1 baking sheet (Having a baking dish with a straight side is important for this recipe to be successful!)
- A double boiler OR a saucepan with a bowl that fits inside it
- Medium sized mixing bowl
- 1 small mixing bowl for the eggs
- Whisk
- Wooden spoon
- Measuring spoons
- Measuring cups
- Hot oven mitt
- Apron (Optional)
In order to allow the most teens to participate, please only register once to receive 1 supply kit and have all chefs in your household cook together. Ingredient supply packages will be available for pick up from Kids Cooking Green on Monday, January 19 from 8 am - 5 pm or by other arrangement with Kids Cooking Green. Prior to kit pick up, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up your ingredient supply kit.
If you become unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may prohibit you from registering for future programs.
