- Sheet pan or baking dish
- Mixing bowl to make the dough
- Clean towel to cover the dough as it rests.
- Ruler and kitchen knife
- Pastry brush or clean fingers to grease the parchment or pan-
- Pot to hold up to 5 cups of water and have room for a pretzel or 2 without crowding.
- A “spider” or a slotted spoon with a long handle, to remove pretzel from boiling water.
An adult caregiver must be present to supervise.
In order to allow the most kids to participate, please only register once for your family to receive 1 supply kit and have all chefs in your household cook together. A few days after registration, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to pick up your ingredient supply kit. Ingredient supply packages will be available for pick up from Kids Cooking Green on March 19th from 8 am - 5 pm or by other arrangement with Kids Cooking Green. Any kits not picked up by 5 pm will forfeit their space in the class.
If your child becomes unable to attend this program, please notify the library as soon as possible. Repeated 'no-shows' without notification may prohibit your child from registering for future programs.
